Engagement Report

November 8, 2018
Engagement Report

The Engagement Report gives you some oversight on how your recognition program is performing. See who your top Reward Managers and Employees are, awarded badges, and upcoming Employee Birthdays and Work Anniversaries.

A lot can happen on the News Feed in one day which can make it hard to keep track of who’s doing what, and the performance of Employees and Reward Managers over time. The Engagement Report is there to help give you a bird’s-eye view of your Recognition Program and how it’s performing over time.

Divided into four sections:

  • Recognition Badges
  • Recognition Leaderboard
  • Employee Statistics
  • Birthdays & Anniversaries

Each section serves its purpose and feeds you insight into different aspects of your organization’s engagement. Let’s dive in a little deeper into each one.

Recognition Badges

  • Timeframe Filter – adjust the timeframe of data being shown for this section (eg. all time, this year, this month or this week).
  • Badges Awarded – quickly browse all the recent badges that were awarded and to whom.
  • Top 10 Badges – which badges are the most popularly used.

How to use this data?

When you recognize an employee for a job well done, the badge typically represents a type of individual achievement. Popular badge use can highlight the values or work ethics your employees are taking to heart. For example, if the most popular badge used is Consistent Improvement, then it’s safe to say that your company’s efforts in career and skill development are working.

Recognition Leaderboard

  • Timeframe Filter – adjust the timeframe of data being shown for this section (eg. all time, this year, this month or this week).
  • Recognition Given – list of your top ten Employees or Reward Managers (or both) who have given recognition to another.
  • Recognition Received – list of your top ten Employees or Reward Managers (or both) who have received recognition from another.

How to use this data?

Whether they are delivering top quality work or they are champions at recognizing the excellent work seen around them, these are your top players.

Employee Statistics

The employee statistics is a detailed breakdown of all employee & Reward Manager statistics taking into account recognition attributions along with the number of points and badges awarded.

  • Timeframe Filter – adjust the timeframe of data being shown for this section (eg. all time, this year, this month or this week).
  • Given – list of all Employees or Reward Managers (or both) with the number of points, badges, and recognition they have awarded.
  • Received – list of all Employees or Reward Managers (or both) with the number of points, badges, and recognition they have received.

Birthdays & Anniversaries

  • Upcoming Birthdays – list of all Employee & Reward Manager occurring in the following year.
  • Upcoming Work Anniversaries – list of all Employee & Reward Manager work anniversaries occurring in the following year.

NOTE: Automatic posts for Birthday and Work Anniversary type events can either be turned “ON” or “OFF” (by the program Owner) within the program settings.

How to use this data?

Remembering to celebrate employee events, both personal and professional, really demonstrates that you know them and care about their personal milestones and life celebrations.

Applauz makes it effortless for managers to stay informed updating them when there’s an employee event approaching, be it a birthday, a work anniversary, or anything in between.
